PRE-DRAFT TRAINING

 

Each year Jeff prepares players for the NBA Draft and Summer League.

 

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING​

 

Individual training is an ideal environment for perfecting go-to moves, shooting mechanics and overall physical and mental maintenance. Semi-private groups of 2-3 players are also available.

COLLEGE & PRO GROUP TRAINING​

 

College and Pro workouts are structured by position and are held throughout the spring and summer. 5 on 5 full court runs are also available.

 

HIGH SCHOOL GROUP TRAINING​

 

Year round high school group training prepares many of the top girls and boys players in the state. These workouts are high intensity and challenge your game and conditioning. Groups max out at 10 athletes.

  • Game speed catch and shoot as well as off the dribble

  • Creating space with and without the ball

  • Hooks and counters in the post

  • Efficient dribble drives

  • Creative finishes

  • Building and maintaining mental strength

  • Instructional competitive situations and gameplay
